We are a unique St. Louis diner known for our breakfast all day, griddled burgers, spiked milk shakes, and colorful retro decor. We have skee ball, bubble hockey, and display cases with collections of peacock and old-time diner memorabilia!
Our Neon Sign
- Our much-photographed 11-ft wide animated neon sign features a peacock fanning its feathers out and back over 200 times per hour
- It weighs 1800 pounds, has 50 transformers and over 680 feet of neon tubing
- Voted #1 new sign in the world in 2015
We’re certified LEED platinum and we are the greenest, most sustainable diner in the United States!
In the Heart of the Delmar Loop
We’re in the heart of St. Louis’ most colorful arts and entertainment district, the Delmar Loop. The American Planning Association named it “One of the 10 Great Streets in America.” Peacock Diner owner Joe Edwards opened his first bar and restaurant in The Loop in 1972, the legendary Blueberry Hill Restaurant & Music Club, and has continued to revitalize the neighborhood through the years with Pin-Up Bowl, the Moonrise Hotel, The Pageant Concert Nightclub, Delmar Hall music venue, and Peacock Diner.
